I have lived at Raintree for a little over 3 years now and I find it to be a comfortable, friendly, and very pretty place to live. It's affordable and well maintained. The staff in the office and the maintenance and grounds people are very friendly, helpful, professional, and polite. Raintree is a well maintained and lovely place to live

it's awesome and affordable.

quite and gated community. staff is polite and courteous. grocery store next door along with several fast food places and a strip mall. Rates are appropriate. and the utilities package is fair. be hard to get cable alone for what we pay for cable,water, sewage and trash removal. The few times I've had problems the staff was quick to handle it, be it with something in the apartment or with another resident.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable surroundings. Excellent customer service from the management. Affordable and convenient online payment method. The walls are a bit thin and the overall structures are a bit aged but it's tolerable.

I would explain to them that the people are fair . That is a beautiful place to live . and i love the other person beautiful person i love makes it more beautiful ...........

Raintree Apartment complex is very safe and quiet. I like the fact that the grounds are patrolled regularly by security personnel. Even though I don't know the neighbours, everyone is very friendly. The landscape is very beautiful, peaceful and offers a relaxing ambience. The office staff are very pleasant and caring.

I have lived up and down the east coast of the US and thanks to the USAF in many places around the world, Raintree Apt. rates right at the top. In the 2 1/2 months I've lived here, I have found the office staff, to be both helpful and friendly. Most of the maintenance staff is also friendly and helpful. The housing is in good shape for the age. I don't know a lot of people here, but most are friendly, stopping to say hi and ask how your doing as well as offering help if you look like you need it.
